Creating an immersive experience for the hotel re-launch

An immersive & interactive magical experience

The brief from Disneyland Paris was to create a 1 day immersive game experience in a 100square meter room with projection mapping all around. 900 future hotel staff were trained over a period of 9months and we wanted to make sure that they had an unforgettable experience.

A technical challenge

Disneyland were renovating the room before we started the project, so we had to plan the placement of the projectors beforehand. Having a low roof didn't make things easy, and the pillar in the middle of the room didn't help much either.

Luckily using the different online tools to calculate projection throw and other elements, we managed to get the required result months after these plans where drawn out!

Realistic 3D renders

We collaborated with Valentin Studio who were in charge of recreating the realistic looking rooms from the blueprints provided by Disney. They did an outstanding job creating every little detail in 3D so that we could project them and animate them as part of the projection mapping.
